The characters have decided they're sick of all the debauchery, especially that you filthy players engage in, and plan to phase out seggs entirely.

Over time, characters will lose their lustfulness, become chaste and finally, after that, become celibate! Since this doesn't affect underage characters, there's usually a period lasting a few years where they might be able to have kids, making this mod playable but still difficult for multi-generational games. You can also go down the whole of body tree to gain access to the drop celibacy decision, assuming it's not available regardless.

Steps are as follows:
- Lustful -> Loses lustful trait. 50% chance each birthday.
- Neither lustful nor chaste -> gains chaste trait. 50% chance each birthday.
-> Chaste -> gains celibate trait. 50% chance each birthday.
It's possible for a character to go through multiple steps at once, for example after losing the lustful trait there's another coin-flip as to whether or not they immediately become chaste, and if they become chaste there's yet another coin flip for if they become celibate. I considered shifting the order of on_actions to make it so that characters can only become less horny one step at a time but decided against it because it's kinda funny when someone lustful goes straight to being celibate and this mod was made as a joke.
