door destruction

Description
This is a L4D2 style door that you can destroy in multiple stages of damage.
This is mostly intended for mapmakers/modders but anyone can take a look as well if you want lol

The doors in the map show ERRORs when gibbed.

Worked well enough to port other doors from L4D/2 over to NMRIH.

The door model shown in the GIF here is clearly from Contagion and not from L4D2.
