Description
This is the same missile featured on my Stugma-B, I thought I'd upload it as its own creation so people can use it if they'd like to. That said, make sure you link back to this page in your workshop description if you do upload a vehicle that uses it! Best used as an ATGM.

This missile features:

- Laser guidance (Vis or IR)
- 2200m range
- Responsive controls (SACLOS, mouse aimed)
- Upward launch avoids ground striking
- Small warhead for a devastating blow
- Can hit vehicles, stationary targets, or players with splash damage (no need for a radar-able target)

Hope you like it. Please let me know if you have any trouble with it and I'll try to fix any issues ASAP. It does struggle in wind, so be sure to adjust accordingly, and the laser NEEDS to be reflecting off a surface (terrain or vehicle).

P.s., This vehicle uses no XML modifications and therefore won't have any trouble integrating into vehicles you've made

That would probably require a delay circuit and an extra rocket motor, which would add to the weight and aerodynamics of the missile, I could probably make another missile that does something like it, but it would be larger

Do you think it would be possible to make it sorta just fling out and then ignite after? sorta like the Javelin avoiding backblast, but instead, it’s avoiding all the fucking exhaust in your face

…or would that just make more exhaust

Yeah, just thinning it out and adding some opacity shouldnt be too hard and would be very nice

Regardless, very cool missile, and i dont exactly plan to move aroudn where im aiming anyway once ive fired

Yes, the smoke is terrible for aiming, and as far as I can tell there's no way of mitigating the smoke without offsetting the aiming platform or using a no-smoke vehicle/mod. I'll fix the distance meter problem too.

I'm really hoping that stormworks will re-do the smoke they have in game for exhausts, it's terribly obnoxious and blinding

Pretty cool, I like the idea and the compact design

Pretty accurate too, but ive never found laser guided missiles to be the most reliably accurate, so idk

The design is very tiny and I could probably fit this in a roof gunner seat on a vehicle or something lol

Couple things tho, once the rocket launches you're blinded for a little while from the rocket exhaust, also you cant actually read the distance because when you go to look at it it changes where the laser is pointing

Overall tho, will be using, very cool
