Dizzy's Hat & Sticker

Adds the hat from the Gears of War character, Dizzy, along with a custom sticker. The default hat replacement is compatible with Hat Kid and Bow Kid, however this doesn't have dye support and might get mixed results with playables due to a socket-related issue.
