Update:

To those that previously used my custom particle manifest, 20cat has added support for the jockey in their particle manifest so you can use that instead. Ignore this if you have no idea what I'm talking about

YOU NEED THESE IN ORDER TO USE THIS MOD:

+Ultra Particle: Texture files (uses the textures)
20Cat's Particle Manifest (allows for custom particles and compatibility with 20cat's particle mods)
xdReanimsBase (adding the particles requires editing animation. uses jockey_slot_042)

Sometimes, you will get a consistency error. Just restart L4D2 and it should work fine.

It's been a while since I made this but iirc, I don't think it's possible to only have the particles to this and combine it with any other mod of your choice. It'd have to be manually coded in. The best I could do is have the default jockey with the particles attached to their head, all in a single mod.
