Coterminus Combine Soldiers

Description
Overview:
Adds an 4 combine soldiers to the spawnmenu, and a OICW NPC weapon.

Combines Features:
- Has 80 health, it can be changed with the "f_(coterminus,wasteland,prisonguard,camo)_soldier_health" cvar
- If spawned from the spawn menu, it uses OICW or smg1 or shotgun
- Resistance againts headshots
- Beta Animations

OICW Features:
- Model and Textures from Coterminus
- Uses Coterminus OICW sounds
