Disable Ensemble Distortion

Description
Most exclusive Ensemble cards no longer changes your character appearance to their distortion form. Excluding Greta, Tanya, Elena and Argalia since they don't have a non-distorted counterpart for the card animations (I might do a custom animation for them except Argalia)

This mod will also make several other changes:
- Philip and Eileen's cards have their artwork changed
- Philip uses his alt skin permanently after using Flames of Despair
- If Eileen's Thought Gear: Indoctrinate activates its ability once, a special effect will play.
- Bremen will play a special effect during the mass attack.
- Jae-heon will play a special effect whenever he applies Puppeteer's Strings.
- Pluto will play a special effect at the start of the Act, and whenever a Contract is activated as an indicator.

This is literally my favorite mod ever. However, Bremen is not using his second animation for the second dice of Chorus at the Climax (in his reception the first dice plays the sprite where the brass is coming out of his back, the second dice has the brass coming out of his lungs). I would appreciate greatly if you could fix it, or if there was a way to explain how to do it, I'm kinda interested in learning Modding of Ruina
