Simple Unhooker

Description
I couldn't find anything related to unhooking on workshop,
instead of SharpEye's CalcView unhooker, so i have decided to make this.

What is this
It's a tool to make removing and adding back hooks a bit more easier.
If you have no idea what that means you probably don't need this.

How to use it
You need SuperAdmins rights to do anything.

Console command to summon menu.
unhooker
  • Big button on top to switch between Server and Client hooks.
  • The list on the left to select which type of hooks will be displayed.
  • Left Click on hooks inside Hooks/Unhooked list to unhook/hook back them.

Easy as that.

Quick Update (may contain bugs, tell if something broke..):
  • New button to the right of Server and Client switch button. Allows you to see all favorited hooks.
  • Right click on hooks to summon context menu. Favorite or Delete (deleting is possible only for already unhooked hooks) hooks with it.
  • Favorited hooks is unhooked automatically on map load.
  • Favorited hooks that is not present (or unhooked already) at the current time, have their text colored to red.

Didn't get a notification for a new comment on this addon page until the last comment.

I might be just slightly late but if someone can still find it useful - I have added the ability to unhook a client hook for every player by opening a context menu, by right clicking on the hook you want to unhook, and selecting the newly added option. Other players won't need superadmin rights, in that case.

It's not guaranteed to work, however (as I am not playing GM that much now), so if something is not working - let me know.

Could you make it so that when you unhook client hooks it also applies for everyone in the server?

I just find it kinda tedious to go through the process of giving people I play with superadmin and
then try to explain how to use the unhooker tool just so that they can unhook maybe one or two hooks. :p

Sorry, wasn't on a steam for a while (again). I think i did what you needed. Check description to see how to use it. I did this update pretty fast, so idk if it works 100% of the time or if it doesn't break anything what was working before.

Is there a way to save the changes I make to hooks so I don't have to keep changing them each map swap? Either way this mod is a life saver thanks for making it!
