I will test this at the first chance I get!!!
I might be just slightly late but if someone can still find it useful - I have added the ability to unhook a client hook for every player by opening a context menu, by right clicking on the hook you want to unhook, and selecting the newly added option. Other players won't need superadmin rights, in that case.
It's not guaranteed to work, however (as I am not playing GM that much now), so if something is not working - let me know.

I just find it kinda tedious to go through the process of giving people I play with superadmin and
then try to explain how to use the unhooker tool just so that they can unhook maybe one or two hooks. :p
