Disclaimer: 99% of the mod wasn't made by me

Realistic Gore is a mod I've been working on for a few hours, trying to make the goriest experience that I could achieve.
The mod consists in a total modification of the gore of the characters (human/combined only)

the mod features Dismemberment, Blood splats, Blood pools, and more
The mod is a mix of various gore mods put all over each other so its no completely mine, if not at all

If it helps, 2 bugs fixed quickly
1) exit_wounds.lua not found => comment line in woundseffect.lua
2) in cl_gibbing.lua (lines 513 & 555) => use fx:SetColor(self:GetBloodColor() or BLOOD_COLOR_RED)
