Report a translation problem
For face textures I always use Aiseesoft's online image upscaler as it can improve the textures by not only scaling them up, but also enhancing the realism of them by using millions of reference images of real people
As for everything else, I use another free online program called AI imgupscaler. This one doesn't have that realism feature but it's better at doing raw upscaling
Sadly I can't send links in this comment section as Steam Content Analyzer blocks them...
