This mod adds the Western Plato Duchy fleet to the game as an AI faction.

Western Plato Duchy is a big duchy in the west part of empire. It is a political product of several industrial cities of central empire separated from them and choose the most noble man instead of emperor to rule the lands. Western people gain good part of emperor fleet and try to improve them but leak some technologies. The hold on modernized traditional emperror whale-type battlecruisers, with support of improved destroyers enforced with aiviation, and some air-carriers
