I believe the author of True Music is trying to help people who are making their own modded music who also have no prior experience. It should work just fine as long as they are all different Mod IDs and Workshop IDs.
After thinking for a bit I realized the two mods don't have item ID issues they just have conflicts for some reason, that Idk.
