EMD E8: Erie Railroad

The Erie Railroad wasn't quite as large as many other railroads of the day, but ran between major cities like New York City, Chicago, Cleveland, and several others in between. New York to Chicago was their most popular passenger route, however, running several trains between the two cities daily.

These E8 locomotives, built in 1951, would be the workhorse units for the railroad until its merger with the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad in 1960, forming the Erie Lackawanna Railway under which these units would continue to operate for about a decade.

This pack includes five repaints of themeatballhero's fantastic E8 locomotives, four E8 locomotives, with reversed variants (and a little surprise).
