Reisen U. Inaba

Reisen Udongein Inaba is a particular moon rabbit hailing from the moon, though now she resides in Gensokyo. Her name is derived from two nicknames given to her; Udongein from her master Eirin Yagokoro, a medical genius from the moon, and Inaba from Kaguya Houraisan, the Princess-turned-exile from the moon.
All Moon Rabbits end up with the name "Reisen". Reisen Udongein Inaba has adapted her nicknames into "human surnames".
Reisen can manipulate and sense wavelengths. Her famous red eyes induce sanity, allowing her to produce hallucinations or force someone into madness. She can intensify the brainwaves to cause someone into being short-tempered and irrational, or reduce the brainwaves to leave the target apathetic and depressed.
She can also create after-images of herself, and wide range illusions to deceive her enemies.
Reisen desires to make herself useful often to the detriment of herself, and has been cited to become a different person in combat.
She works for and protects Eirin Yagokoro and Kaguya Houraisan in exchange for asylum from any vengeful Lunarians or other people.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: "Mind Bending"
Reisen fires a slow-moving red rocket that will produce a small explosion after a short time, dealing small damage and high knockback. If fired from the air, Reisen will be launched backwards.
Depending on when the explosion hits, it may fling the target upwards, downwards or backwards.


SIDE SPECIAL: Ripple Vision
During Ripple Vision, Reisen fires several ring shaped bullets from her eyes, which get larger as they travel. Though the damage does not increase, the potential hitstun increases as they grow.
If the Special button is pressed while she is in the air, Reisen will defy gravity and shoots the rest of the rings in a straight line directly across from her.

UP SPECIAL: "Acura Spectral"
Reisen creates several clones in an attempt to confuse the enemy and rushes in the direction of the input pressed or held down. The central Reisen can dash into the enemy to deliver a strong blow and to disorient them. The move does not go high, however, making it unsuitable for recovering upwards.
As soon as the clones snap back into her, Reisen can perform additional attacks in the air.

The default direction Reisen rushes is 90 degrees upwards.

DOWN SPECIAL: Disorder Eye
Reisen sends out two illusionary clones on either side of her, shooting outwards and inwards. Each clone can hit once on the way out and once on the way in.
The Special button can be held indefinitely to delay the clones.

ULTRA: Life Elixir "Grand Patriot's Elixir" / Poison Smokescreen "Gas-Woven Orb"
Reisen possesses two potential Ultras.
The default Ultra is Life Elixir ?Grand Patriot?s Elixir?, which will freeze Reisen in place as she begins to chug down the liquid. It will recover up to 35% of her damage - that is, if she does not get interrupted.
Before Reisen chugs the Elixir, or if the down button is held down as the Ultra begins, the Ultra becomes Poison Smokescreen "Gas-Woven Orb". Upon hurling the vial to the ground, a heavy gas quickly grows in size, racking up damage to all of Reisen?s foes caught in the radius.


SPECIAL MECHANICS
As long as Reisen's Ultra meter is full, some of Reisen's moves (her Dash attack, Up A, Down A and Side A) will add a clone to add range to her moves. The clones deal higher damage and knockback than Reisen herself; and do not reset upon Reisen's stock loss due to being tied to her Ultra meter.

Her Dodges make her nearly invisible, and most of her evasive moves grant her further distance than most characters.
When the Jump button is pressed while Reisen is hanging on the edge, she will jump far higher than most characters.


PROS:
Reisen's tricky moveset combines bullets and martial arts, which allows her to be potentially devastating at any range. With tools to trap opponents, punish mistakes, harass from a distance to incite a foe's approach, or even pressure the foe into going on the defensive. This allows Reisen to be extremely adaptable and easily manipulate the battlefield, should she gain the upper hand or be allowed to do as she pleases.
Many of her moves can deal high damage, and disorient the opponent and toss them around the battlefield.

CONS:
Reisen is extremely lightweight, and many of her moves have extensive endlag or unorthodox hitboxes, requiring careful use.
Though Reisen's speed, range, aerial control and damage output can be destructive and overwhelming, she is utterly miserable when finishing off foes? stocks, and her projectiles can be reflected right back at her, allowing the opponent to deliver a counterattack.
