Can craft: burial blade, saw cleaver, all adventure time items

Currently the only way to obtain most these items is to spawn them in and their stats aren't fully polished.

In the future I'm probably going to focus on the bloodborne aspects of this mod and split the other things into their own thing.
Note as well that none of the items have a way to be obtained without commands and the saw cleaver unfortunately does not transform yet.
