TBoI: Worldbearer [DEMO]

This is a demo for my upcoming Worldbearer mod, a mod that will add over 20 items, a character (+tainted ver), a few trinkets and potentially some enemies and bosses.

The demo adds Atlas, a new character based off of the quakey enemies in Ashpit.

Atlas starts with a lower speed and shotspeed stat compared to Isaac, but he has a 1.2x damage multiplier and can only have soul hearts. When he takes damage, his stone shell shatters for the current room, revealing his tar form.
In his tar form, Atlas has doubled damage and gets a large boost to his tears and speed, and also leaves slowing black tar behind him as he walks.
While in his tar form, Atlas also loses 1 half heart (or a full heart on Womb I and afterwards) every 10 seconds. Upon losing a full heart from the health drain, he gains a broken heart. Atlas loses 1 broken heart every floor.

Birthright
"Harder shell"

• All health ups now give black hearts instead of soul hearts.
  
• The cooldown for the tar form's health drain is now 15 seconds instead of 10.
  
• Gaining a broken heart gives Atlas a small damage and tears boost in both forms.

The demo also adds 4 new items and a trinket:

Will-o-Wisp
"Soulfire"
Shop Pool, Secret Room Pool

• Destroying a fire spawns a wisp who has different effects depending on the fire.
  
  • Orange fires spawn an orange wisp that cannot shoot.
    
  • Red fires spawn a red wisp that is otherwise normal.
    
  • Blue fires spawn a blue wisp with higher damage and health.
    
  • Purple fires spawn a purple wisp with higher damage and health compared to a normal wisp and homing tears.

Crimson Clover
"Cursed relic"
Devil Pool

• +1 luck
  
• Gain +0.5 damage for every 1 luck you have.
  
• Luck is now upperly bound at 10 luck, and downwardly bound at -3 luck.

Symbiosis
"Let it consume you"
Treausre Room Pool

• On use, Isaac gets consumed by tar, giving him the same boosts that Atlas has in his tar form, minus the health drain.

Pole Magnets
"Reverse polarity"
Treasure Room Pool

• On use, all projectiles (including Isaac's own tears) get their direction reversed.

Damaged Disk
"It's just a scratchscratchscratch"
Trinket

• 25% chance to double an active item's use.
  
• Synergizes with car battery, having a chance to use the active 3 times if you have both.
