Tulutle Legacy

Tulutle is a flower, a Winter flower. She like playing with snow and building snowmen. She hates summer because there is no SNOW and no SNOWMAN!!! but otherwise she is pretty humble and keeps to herself a lot of the time.


Nspecial (Snowball): She can throw out a snowball though, it depends on how much you have. Having no snow will result in her throwing out a snowflake with does almost no damage, with 5 snow you can throw out a tiny snowball. Despite it's how snow works it bounces and for 15 snow, you can throw out a big snowball which rolls onto the ground for a moment before disappearing

Fspecial (SnowBreeze): She uses her mouth to blow out snow and it can goes as long as you have snow. the snow is kinda weak, but it will rack damage over time

Uspecial (SnowStorm): She somehow forms a cloud that let's her float in the air for a moment. If special is held she can float for a bit longer before the cloud deforms.

Dspecial (Snow collection): She picks up snow from the ground and stores it for more use. If this move is used in the air, it will become Nspecial but the snow is dropped down.

Snow: She can collect up to 100 snow, she starts with 5 snow and if you die it retreats back to 5.
