If I were to guess, its because you have another pack that replaces another trophy that you have as a higher priority then this one.
Trophies all use the same sprite sheet, so it takes priority from the highest up pack in your list

why the trophy shows up the head of eminem in the invetory, but when you place it... it's a normal empress trophy. i want my eminem head on the wall this instant
