Description
This mod adds the the Empire fleet to the game as an AI faction. they are focused on high flying airships with light armor and good fireing angels.

(this is a vanilla fleet)

i have made a new faction called the golden empire! it was in stuck in development for a while because i was almost done but lost interest.
