Summary of Mod:

Adds GTA 4 Vehicles to background npc's decent vehicles instead of the ugly default hl2 cars.

I know there already is one of these, this is simply a fixed version of the other one since the creator of the other one was going to take 8 years to do anything.

Go support him though since it is his code! I just modified it to work better.

updated. the random light flickering glitch is weird and I have no clue why it's happening. though I usually just give it a moment to pass by either disabling the "Force Headlight" option or respawning all npc vehicles..

Any way you could've made it so that Police only utilize the LCPD car and not the NOOSE cars? Maybe the NOOSE cruisers should start appearing at higher wanted levels? And especially the NOOSE TRU truck
