Description
Professor Toru Tanaka wrestled for the WWWF/WWF along with multiple NWA territories during the 60's, 70's, and early 80's. He regularly tagged with Mr. Fuji, and the duo won three WWWF World Tag Team titles.

After retiring from wrestling, the former U.S. Army veteran transitioned into acting, appearing in dozens of movies and TV shows.

Tanaka was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019.
