No More AI Great People

Description

Takes effect only under Gathering Storm Ruleset.

Ban AI from obtaining Great People points or patronizing Great People using Faith or Gold. Also applies to those Great People added from mods that appear in the Great People panel.
Adds 3 new options to the Advanced Options of the create game screen:
No More AI Great People Enabling this option will activate this mod.
Allow Great Prophets Second-level option. Enabling this option will ban AI from recruiting Great People except Great Prophets, letting AI found a religion.
Ban Patronizing Only Second-level option. Enabling this option will only ban AI from patronizing Great People using Gold or Faith, and AI can still earn Great People Points.
There is no prohibition against AI directly acquiring Great People through Stonehenge, civilization traits (e.g. "The Last Prophet"), or Nobel Prizes.
