Many reports of hoodlums making the dug-out holes as their "cribs" have begun surfacing. Studies show increasing reports of gang violence nearby slum-districts where local 'border-harvesting' take place.

Reports have also shown that not only gangsters have started residing in these holes, local bartenders are also starting to set-up shop in these dugouts!

However, despite the rampant reports of squatting in these areas. The Mayor still hasn't given an official statement regarding the current situations. Whether it's because he's currently organizing or simply don't care is up-to debate, but one thing for sure is they need to get out of our holes!"
