Fixed Transfer Window

Fixes the Transfer Goods window to be sorted and show special goods like stolen or dangerous highlighted the same way the cargo view does.

Moving a single cargo will also no longer refuse to work if it can't fit all to be moved and instead moves as much as possible.

I also added the function to "stack" cargo, aka only what's already on the other side gets transferred.
This is done by holding down the RMB while clicking the "Transfer All" button.

Why this way? Because I didn't feel like messing with the UI and this was the easiest way.
I would have made it simply right click, but buttons refuse to react to that button, so that was literally impossible.
