I didn't like the default map, so I made my own version.

Uses a new gimmick I like to call, "Ghost Holds"
These notes look like regular notes, but you have to hold them like hold notes. The hold-end is invisible, but the way I've mapped them it should be pretty obvious where the end is. The background color will darken during Ghost Hold sections so you know when they're happening.
The first pattern will gradually replace hold notes with Ghost Holds as it repeats, this is your introduction to the gimmick.
