Combine Officers V4

Commission for a modified version of the Combine Officers addon using content from my citizen model pack. Additions include glasses, kevlar as a bodygroup, multiple unique torsos/epaulettes per models and berets/vests for females. The idea was to make the models a lot more unified in terms of bodygroup selection.
