Better Handcannon

Description
Changes the Handcannon's impact / 'gunshot wound' damage from 50 to 75. The stun duration has also been increased by 0.5 seconds.

Will work with all mods, including ones that change the 'Handcannon' item itself, but WILL NOT work with mods that change the properties of the 'Handcannon Round' item.

Handcannon's default gunshot wound is 70 and bleeding is 50... maybe increase it to 100 gunshot and maybe higher bleed/stun.
