If it's convenient, can you tell me which spell content mods you have enabled? I'll check the reasons
In regards to enemy unlock status... I'm not sure it's really necessary. Unlike spells and perks that you have to find/buy, you have no real choice in which enemies you record. Besides, chances are you're going to kill or be killed by any given enemy at some point. :P
Also, from what I've seen (which is maybe 30-40% of the enemies) the progress screen seems to sort them in a somewhat more rational manner compared to spells and perks, so it's not too hard to figure out what you might need to find. (And you can just check where an enemy appears online if you really, really have to.)
Besides that, I'm not sure how you'd even display an enemy's unlock status without having an actual effect on gameplay.

In theory, record that can be detected by this mod should be consistent with the things that you can confirm in "progress", so I think it can be used with mod.
