Cargo Alarm

Plays a sound if the cargo containers in the cargogroup is more than 80% full.

cargoblock_name - The group of Cargo Containers that you like to monitor.
lightblock_name - The sound block.
soundblock_name - The light block that will be enabled (same conditions as the sound)

usesound - Determines if the sound block should be used. (true/false)
uselight - Determines if the light block should be used. (true/false)


(I updated this because I only want it to play once and also takes the total cargoamount)
Also fixed better debug message for if Armed or triggered alarm and show message if sound or cargo block is not found
