@ Lemonsqueezy Thank you! I've always found it annoying when monuments have too much of a loyalty bonus, as that makes it impossible to place lots of them. Cities look better with more monuments.

For anyone wondering: this mod and @ Зеленый змий 's mod are both based on a freely-available 3D model originally made by S. Gainsbourg.

@ dimndroll It appears to be so! The other mod used a different romanization of the name (Zhukov vs Jukov) so I didn't find it earlier.

However, the version on this page got rid of the large stone area under the pedestal, and has some texture and model fixes.

Thanks for pointing it out. I'll put a link to the other version on this page.

@ Zyx Abacab, they get happy or sad no matter how much I build for them, they can be surrounded by kindergartens and I'll still see they can't work because of the lack of them
