GiC Patch: Ignore The Questline

Description
I disliked how Esther gave out GiC Quests even if I didn't want them. This mod aims to aleviate that, making it so she will only give out GiC quests in the event that the player has beaten the included quest, The Other Side of The Coin. Do not install both, or else it'll crash.
