don't like waiting to build up research in frackin universe? just want to research it all? this is for you?

adds a cheat item which gives you 999999999 research points, now all you need are the proper items and materials to research!
that way it's still cheaty, but you still have to do a bit of grind!

you get the item by 500 dirt (because yeah) or /spawnitem researchskip

i won't remove the whole research system because i can't and i don't know how
(i personally enjoy it i just don't like waiting to get the research points)
