3x3 nuclear reactor (2x control rods in reactor corners, 7x fuel rods)

1x turbine (can have many in series)
1x condenser

All parameters can be easily adjusted. Has a fast-start and shutdown features. Utilises smart boolean PWM to keep pressure and temperature very neatly within set tolerances. Yes, steam pressure of <1.0 is just as good (or better) than pressure of 9.5.

Don't forget to push steam with Large Fluid Pumps into and out of turbines. You can use Small Fluid Pumps everywhere else. If you're feeding many turbines in parallel, increase temperature and pressure in parameters.

However, even the most optimised nuclear reactor has less than 10% performance of the crudest engines. Be warned.
