Did your friend die right in front of you only to rise back up 5 seconds later looking like a 3 month old corpse? well fear no more because this addon makes the survivor zombies actually look like they just died making it feel a bit more realistic

if the pathogen causes internal bleeding (which based on the blood vomit I assume it does) shouldn't their eye whites look red and irritated like with the non-survivor zombies?
