Nuclear Reactor/Generator 10kW (glitch)

This is an optimised Nuclear Reactor:
3x3 core;
One boiler and one condenser;
12 turbines hooked up in series;
And a fancy PWM microcontroller that makes it go.

Oh and flywheel clutch glitch, because as heavy as it is (90'000 kg) it should make at least that much power.

Edit: newest game update seems to have somewhat fixed/nerfed the glitch. It now only makes 10kW instead of 200kW.
