History
Following the merger of the PRR and NYC in 1968, both road's fleets of GP30 units were combined into one mega fleet, and lasted the entirety of it's existence. Most were transferred to Conrail, and some survive today in preservation or in revenue being run into the ground (as many EMDs tend to).
