Replaces Klarinetta with Ike from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance!

Nice skin for Klari, thank you for this! :steamthumbsup:

Some small suggestions for improvement:
- replace Klari's SFX with a male character's SFX (e.g. Dorian/Diamond)
- Ike's hairstyle can be a bit shorter (e.g. maybe similar to the top portion of Dorian's hairstyle?)
- change the headband to dark green instead of black -- easier to differentiate from the blue hair.
- change the eye color to dark green instead of black.
