Penguin Piracy Reborn Patch megapack

This mod is a collection of my mods that patch Penguin Piracy Reborn.

What this mod does:

-Removes the races "Puffin", "Albino Penguin", "Rockhopper Penguin", "Robo Penguin" and the 4 elemental penguins from the character creation screen. It will keep the other 3 (vanilla penguins, manic penguins and regular penguins)
It won't remove the actual species or alter the mod or remove the species from the game or npcs, just remove them from the character creation screen.

-Removes the "Penguin Piracy Reborn Edition from the Title Screen and resores the original Starbound Title Screen.

-Make Sarge Penguin no longer sell fuel for pixels and makes the "Organius Fuel Synthesizer" not functional to rebalace the fuel system.

-Declutters the empty hands crafting menu and moves the removed items to the Beak Easy at the Outpost.
Penguin Beam Axe, Penguin Inventor's Table and Penguin Flag are not removed.

-Removes the "Penguin Piracy Starter Grab Bag" from non-Penguins race from the ship locker of newly created characters.
