A lot of the vanities are crafted now, however a few do still get sold by Town NPCs, these being...

• From the Clothier who is selling Hanyuu, Junko, Remilia and Flandre Scarlet vanities.
  
• From the Pirate who is selling Gawr Gura vanity.

The paintings are bought from different Town NPCs, them being...

• From the Merchant, when you have a magic weapon.
  
• From the Traveling Merchant at specific moon phases.
  
• From the Arms Dealer, when you have a specific friend on your side.

The pets are obtained via...

• Finding a Sky Blue Flower and throwing it into an otherwordly liquid.
  
• Killing bosses in the Hallow biome.
  
• Finding the Traveling Merchant, with some luck.
