Eyes in Mind - Luminous Blue

Ever wanted to be a unique and special snowflake? Ever wanted to play blue eyed hylotl without breaking the lore to shreds?
Well, with this color patch - you can. Sorta.

Adds options (under fin color) for hylotls to have blue eyes. This is NOT a resprite, but a code-based dynamic recolor, it does nothing to the sprite itself, meaning most NPC hylotls will still spawn with regular red eyes.

Unfortunately due to how starbound works, it's impossible to completely prevent NPCs from spawning with these options, so some NPC hylotls will spawn with blue eyes, but majority should still have their usual red peepers.

Compatible with any resprites, supports Futara's Fullbright Shaders (preview uses my Dangerous Waters resprite + Futara's Fullbright Shaders as example)
