Voyaging on a budget? This explorer was designed with an image in mind, that being cheap and affordable luxury. It's no five star hotel but this vessel accommodates all who travel on it. The outer hulls were welded together from two previously existing submarines to expand upon its size, meanwhile, the interior was left to be nothing more than a spaghetti mess.
