Religious Policies Pack

Description
A pack of twenty two new policies related to religion. Be aware that it is both a work in progress and my first attempt at modding. This is the version 0.6. I hope you will enjoy it! The mod doesnt require any mods or DLC.

This new version includes eleven new policies: ban of religious mutilations*, ban of blasphemy, ban proselytism, ban foreign proselytism, religious police, religious courts, religious council of state, religious charity tax break, ban atheism, religious holidays and flexible holidays.

For an idea of the money scale, the screenshots use France.

*The policy was made with excision in mind. However, I couldn't think of a more fitting icon. It is supposed to represent all forms of religious mutilations from all religions.

All feedback is welcome! Especially in terms of balancing.

I plan to update with situations (you didn't think it would remain so easy, did you?) and possibly a simulation of religious tension. Other policies will be added too.

I'd love to see support for progressivist religious sects. Reformist situations that embrace egalitarian values and yank the concept of religion away from its stereotypical association with inflexible conservatism

@Thomas FGM is actually usually pretty tied to religious fundamentalism, with some of its biggest offenders believing themselves to be doing god's will

Small correction. FGM (Mutilation) is actually a cultural practise, it does not have a religious basis.
(So it would affect ethnic minorities/conservative sliders)

You may also wish to add 'honor' punishments as a relevant cultural practise too.

Is there a feature or option here which would make the Religious group pleased with certain forms of welfare? A lot of organized religions, or at least denominations thereof, seem to support welfare and/or charity (think christian democrats in Europe, liberation theology in South America, islamist social work in the Muslim world etc.). I've always found it a bit odd that the Religious block doesn't care squat about welfare issues.

@sir Nils Olav i do have a problem with evoltion but its mostly things to do with the theroy. but heres the thing both creatnism and evoltion can be correct keep in mind were talking about a being with infinte power (created time space and our universe in one day) so he could have created everything with a gentic history and have gentic mobility. cause rember from a religious point of veiw we are not our bodies we are a soul in possesion of a bodie.

@Takkun What I meant was that not all religious people believe in Young Earth Creationism, especially in Europe. There are many different types of Creationism, like Old Earth Creationism. However, most religious people DO have a problem with evolution, but they don't argue that you should teach Young Earth Creationism instead, but that you should teach what is called Intelligent Design. The ID-movement is big group with a huge diversity of views regarding theology. Some believe in six days creation, others believe that it was long sequence and others even believe in evolution by natural selection but thinks it doesn't cover everything. That's why it's more appropriate to have intelligent design instead of creationism
