can't figure out how to enable this for server. I see it in server options, only option is zombie only check box. no options in settings for keybinds to toggle it in game. and no button in inventory menus.

You can force select in B42 but you have to use hotkeys (you can set the hotkey at mod option menu), please fix the right click feature to toggle force select on and off, thank you!

found a bug/game play issue...... locked containers using padlocks are easily accesible with this mod....it's like accessing a password protected windows pc with a linux live boot usb......or like having a big gate but no wall in sight

No force select...
Not available for for build 42.9 :steamsad:

Also, I'm getting a flickering effect. Where it shows the weight in the top right of the box. "Proximity Inv 0/65", the "0/65" part is flickering. Anyone else getting this or know a fix?

Is there a way to set a hotkey for toggling force selected in B41? I know I can do it in B42.

@璐璐宝贝 Just to let you know - I was having this problem, additionally including kills with melee weapons. I saw your comment and removed the mod, but it didn't fix the problem. What fixed it for me was disabling the ragdoll system; this mod has continued to work fine after that. Now, I don't know if ragdoll is also conflicting with another mod I have running, so I don't think this is necessarily a total solution to the problem, but it's worked so far.

Here's a polished translation with slight adjustments for clarity and natural flow:

"Use this mod with caution as it conflicts with the ragdoll system. When shooting zombies, their bodies cannot be searched and no loot drops. Only melee attacks yield loot. After hours of troubleshooting, disabling this mod resolved the issue."

This likely isnt a full fix but move everything in "workshop\content\108600\2847184718\mods\ProximityInventory\common" to "workshop\content\108600\2847184718\mods\ProximityInventory\42"
Afaik b42 is not supposed to have any files in the common folder dunno why or why it changed.
This has fixed a fair bit of the issues with me though, taking cigs out of packs for example and I was getting a ridiculous amount of lag driving around due to this mod and doing that also fixed that
