Description
Trinket:
- Lose all coins upon receiving fatal damage if holding no less than 20 coins, gain 1 heart for every 20 coins lost in this way.

made it 20 coins per heart coz 30 coins might be nerfed too much. it only recovers red hearts and gives hearts before the incoming fatal damage is evaluated. Also the holder will lose his all coins upon use, so his next use unlikely recover many hearts.

i really like the idea, but i feel like its a bit OP. i feel like 30 coins per heart or 15 per 1/2 heart would be a bit more balanced
