Hate dark? Dislike flashlight?
Why not try a Night Vision System.

This is a mod to replace your flashlight,only work in single play.

Don't subscribe the "Night-Vision Units (Online available version)" at the same time

Why make and maintain a SingleOnly version, and how does it differ from an online version?

The single-player version is intended for players who play basically single-player,the needs of all players should be taken into account
If you're only playing single-player, there's no difference in functionality between the singleonly version and online version
Compared to the online version, it has better compatibility between mods
Since some of the features of the online version must use the in-game menu (the menu of pressing ESC), while the singleonly version does not, you can subscribe to other in-game menu mods that you like
Smaller, less code, less burden on in-game resources

Warning:

The difference with "Online available version":This mod won't change your ingame menu,or conflicts with ingame_menu type mod.
Will conflicts with other flashlight type mod.
Some walls may flash,or not be able to lit up,that's the problem of map.
If it can't fill your screen,has many possibilities:the resolution(I use a resolution of 1920 * 1080, which may not be suitable for you),your weapon's flashlight postion,or maybe it just for no reason,who knows.
contains script mod,thus cannot be used on non-local servers.

About the flashlight only has a small fragment in the center:

If it works fine, just subscribe this mod will achieve preview effect.
It may be caused by conflicts with other mods.
Never use it on a non-local server. This mod cannot be used online.
You try to use "sv_cheats 1" or related cheating code in the default room(the map not created by console),resulting in the system automatically reset sv_cheats 0,and reset the script of the flashlight to original.
The scripts conflict. Maybe your other script mod changed the display size of the flashlight to the original parameter.
UI scripts conflict(unlikely).
Any other reasons I don't know.
Maybe the online available version gets no problem.

Major update: The following functions have been fixed through script rewriting.

The previous 90% of the wall flash and total black have been repaired, but there may be a small part (2%) of the ceiling flash when passing by (not a big problem).
Fixed the situation that the flashlight moved or was completely black when the weapon was changing ammunition and pushing people.
The brightness and visible distance of the Night Vision System are enhanced.
I really can't do anything to repair some map...

Ps: I didn't write the script I used before. I saw it got too many problems, so I debugged it again and wrote a more satisfactory version.

Major update on January 12th

Fixed a long-standing issue where white mist objects bouncing up and down in the center of the field of view when moving
In local games, teammates' flashlight beam models will be hidden (after all, everyone has night vision devices, right)
Other optimizations, the night vision device is now clearer and cleaner
remove the flash of gunfire
