The ISC: Wrath was designed as a support craft, with a full factory belowdecks on the observation bridge. This manufacturing facility is capable of processing an entire asteroid worth of ore in just under a week, and turning it around into weapons, ammunition, building parts and fuel in half again that time. In addition, it has 4 docking clamps on it's underside for small support craft to attach.

The uranium disagreement of 2054 prompted ISC industrial scientists to retrofit the support craft into a full-fledged war cruiser. They completed this task with a dizzying amount of RK-TER automated gatling cannons, RSH-90 missile guidance systems, and for a forward attack, it has 2 ring-linked rocket batteries (Each of the 8 a Sha-ui launcher), positioned on either side of the main pressure hull housing the cockpit, just outside the Gyroscope cylinders. It is worth noting that gunnery chiefs abhor the duty of maintaining these weapons, as they are prone to "backcook", a phenomenom in which newly fired rockets intercept those that preceeded them, the latter having been slowed by debris, usually from the target.

The engine design of the Wrath was praised in the Imperial Practitioner 2059 issue as "Both innovative and stoic, a marvel of engineering"
It is no secret that these famed engine "Trees" (Details Classified) are housed, in fact, right behind the aft thruster assemblies, protected from broadside attack by a 2-cubit thick plate of Titan-Class heavy armor. An attack through the thrusters directly (and through its backing of 1-cubit Titan plate) can possibly yield success at shutting down the engine tree , as well as causing a significant explosion. Not to be slighted, however, Elvenya Ross, the power systems executive designer at ISC was quoted saying, with a laugh "The Wrath loses an engine room, it loses those thrusters too. Equal exchange, and only a loss of thrust. At ISC, we always see fit to bless them with a spare. The wrath has three"
