Reupload means picking something that somebody has made and just put it on the workshop ,

Rebuild is , rebuilding somebody car that is in the new version of brick rigs and i rebuild it in the old version for the people that wants the car

Not a reupload a rebuild in legacy and he's my friend and he said that i can rebuild every Phoenix in Legacy
