the v1 i mean i didnt test v2 and v3

@CYB3R i think 2000 because i did some test with player speed and when i set my speed to 2000 he was almost catching up (i did it on gm_flatgrass because i couldnt find a straight line map and i hit the wall before he could catch me/not catch me)
