The ISC-TT: Siegebreaker is actually the Mark 3 of ISC's very first mass produced creation, the "Turtle Tank" line. Its predecessors included the Mark II, which featured a battering ram, and the Mark I, which featured a much shorter Rail Gun, and less thrusters. The Mark III took these two models and fused them, widening the Ram, and including the Rail driver within it. Then double encasing it in heavy plate.

The function of this cumbersome craft, with its dismal turning ability, or ability to stop for that matter, is to charge through formations completely ignorant of the damage it is recieving, and deliver a kinetic assault via the RailRam. The kinetic injury alone is capable of puncturing 4 cubits of starship armor. Once this is done, the operator of the Railram, situated inside the barrel, ensures the barrel is unobstructed, and releases the clamp on the projectile (which can be kinetic or explosive). Having already pierced the armor, the projectile is released into the interior of the craft itself. Additionally, a boarding party can use the rail as a mechanism to assail the enemy craft directly.

Alternatively, the Railram can be used regularly, at range, with the DIMA-PLEX 20 Gravity Generators accelerating projectiles to maximum velocity in under 3 seconds.

To back up this unconventional weapon system, and to prevent entry through the railram by hostile units, the front of the craft is also loaded with an array of HELIOS missile guidance systems.

The armor on this craft is 2 cubit thick all around, with additional cubits on the front end to dampen the effects of the ram. This is designed to create an ideal "Combat Bunker" for millitary leadership and political dignitaries of interest. The ISC:TT is the safest place to be, on the battlefield.
The glaring vulnerability of the cross-shaped windows is mitigated by the fact that it is 3 panes thick, and protected by a Securitron Gravity Grate system in case of breach (non canon).
