The single garage came from Kombat Wombat, as it looks like the double garage and I'm 99.9% sure it's False Lucidity's. Either way, it's a solid matching. I just added color variations that somewhat match the double garage. Why I pulled out the double garage from the prop pack is because I don't need all the other props and one of them isnt even a prop, but an industrial building. All other models in the prop pack are also available elsewhere on the workshop for ones I do want, except the double garage.

All houses have been converted to Lv 1 with Bloody Penguins ModTools and given either 1x2, 2x3 or 3x4 undercoated lots. This collection, primarily for myself, is being shared for detailers.

As to why I chose x house over y house on any particular pack is because, well, I only need one of each, and because some versions have either been scaled down or up and don't seem in proportion to each other. Don't read that as an indictment of any one. We all have our own standards and I have mine, and I chose the one of each that best suited my standards for a variety of reasons.

Aside from adding color variations for the single garage and making the double garage from a monument prop to a residential/park prop, all buildings are as they were from Adora_ble's re-upload of the assets, just stripped of details and put on smaller lots. I have not tried to fix an errors that may or may not exists from the originals. If you feel FL's assets are too bloaty, well, they still are.
